Members of the Whistler Secondary School Storm senior boys basketball team donated the proceeds of a food drive done in Whistler while attending Peter Skene Ogden Secondary School's South Cariboo Classic on Friday, Jan. 31. The team donated $1,000 in cash, accepted by 100 Mile Food Bank Society president Danny Williams and about $800 worth of food. Head Coach Greg McDonnell said his team intends to run a food drive for the 100 Mile House Food Bank every time they attend the basketball tournament going forward.
