Dozens of families came out to the 108 Mile Ranch's Family Fun Day hosted at the 108 Community Centre.
Held in the afternoon on Friday, Feb. 17 the Family Fun Day featured several different events and activities for young families to enjoy. This included tubing down a hill, ATV rides offered by the 108 ATV Club, a street hockey game with the 100 Mile House Wranglers, a snowman-making contest and free mini-golf by donation, with all proceeds going to support local sports organizations.
While it got off to a slow start the event attracted close to 200 people from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. This marked the first time the 108 Mile Ranch Community Association and 108 Mile Lions Club have organized a Family Day event.
