On Jan. 7 the Lone Butte 4H Club held their first meeting of the 2025 season.
We talked about all the different projects we would have including beef, horse, swine, sheep, rabbit, photography, foods and Cloverbuds. This year we are gearing up for a full club with a total of 16 members, including eight new and eight returning.
We also completed our elections for club positions. President is Kelly M., Vice President is Loghan A., Secretary is Sarah T., Treasurer is Vacant, Safety Officer is Dru A., and Reporter is Cody D. This season Lone Butte 4H will participate in various other activities like Club Communications Days, Lone Butte Rocks, Club Achievement Days and the 67th Annual William’s Lake and District Show and Sale.
Our members will be entertaining and serving members of the community at The Cabin Fever Tea on Feb. 9. We are so excited to start another season of 4H learning to do by doing, making friends and having new experiences. Stay tuned for dates on those events and come meet our members in person!
