Attending the Hot July Nights car and bike show informational meeting on Nov. 2 might be a perfect way to take the chill off autumn days.
Organizers are looking for people who can offer new ideas and help at the 2012 event.
Lisa Carr, manager at the South Cariboo Chamber of Commerce says they would like to see the already popular event grow and it takes a lot of planning.
"If there are people out there who love trucks, cars and motorcycles, we would love to have them on our organizational committee. That's where the ideas come from - from the people who love this stuff. We want to hear those ideas."
The meeting takes place at 7 p.m. in the 100 Mile House Municipal Council Chambers.
