One woman was sent to hospital after a stabbing in the 900-block of Pandora Avenue.

The McDonald's parking lot in the 900-block of Pandora Avenue was taped off Wednesday morning and was swarming with police due to a fight-turned-stabbing that left one person in the hospital.

According to VicPD, officers responded to a fight between two people – who are believed to have known each other – just before 9 a.m. on July 9. One woman received a non-life-threatening stab wound and was taken to hospital for treatment.

Police say no arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing. The scene has been released, however, and the McDonald's is open.
