Traffic was backed up on Sooke Road on the evening of Thursday, Jan. 2 as a result of a vehicle incident.
Highway 14 between Manzer Road and Gillespie Road was closed in both directions until shortly before 9 p.m. due to a "multi-vehicle incident" near Moonlit Cove, according to DriveBC and social media reports.
