100 Mile House Kokoro Judo Club athlete Ali Briggs will be in Halifax next week competing at the 2011 Canada Winter Games as members of Judo Team BC. Another club member, Stephanie Salzbrenner, is an alternate for the games, and could be called up to compete if necessary.
Brett Harris, also from 100 Mile House, will play for U16 Male Hockey Team BC.
The games are held every four years and will take place from Feb. 11-27.
