A full 12 years after Kenny Lush graduated from Peter Skene Ogden Secondary School, the professional extreme wrestler is returning to his hometown to help the 2011 grads raise some money for their dry grad celebrations.
On May 13, Lush, who is a current South Korean tag team champion, and five other pro wrestlers will be fighting and performing at a show in the PSO gymnasium. The proceeds are earmarked for the graduating class of 2011.
In the lineup are Bomber Nelson Creed, Tony Baroni, Scotty Mac, Veronika Vice and KC Spinelli.
Vice and Spinelli were recently featured as contestants on the television show, Wipeout Canada.
Lush considers this group of athletes to be among the best wrestlers in Canada.
"We'll have some great Hulk Hogan type wrestling. It will be fun, comic style wrestling."
Only 250 tickets are available and they can be purchased at a cost of $15 for adults and $8 for children 12 years and under. They are available at 100 Mile Sport Shop, Didi's, Donex, 108 Esso and at the school.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with show time at 7 p.m.
