Grads and teachers at Peter Skene Ogden Secondary School come together to skate on Feb. 9 at the South Cariboo Rec. Centre for their annual hockey showdown.
It’s a fundraiser for upcoming dry grad celebrations, and it will feature a light-hearted hockey match, paper airplane toss for a prize basket and their much anticipated raffle ticket draw for a prize package of four Canucks game tickets and a one-night stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel in downtown Vancouver.
Also on the prize list are a set of diamond earrings, a sling of oriented strand board and a spa package.
Tickets are $5 and available from any grad as well as at the game until draw time. Game goes from 5:45 to 8:15 p.m., and entry tickets will be sold at the door.
