Watch Lake Lodge will be hosting the 29th Annual Fishing Derby on Watch and Green lakes on June 4-5.
The derby will begin at dusk on June 4 with $10 entry fee for adults and $7.50 for children under 16 years with the last weigh-in at 9 p.m. The annual pig roast will be at 6 p.m. with tickets costing $15 for adults and $7.50 for children under 10.
Derby competitors will be able to return at dawn on June 5 and fish until the last weigh-in at 2 p.m.
There will be a variety of prizes, with the largest fish prize worth $500 and second largest fish at $200.
The award ceremony will be held at 2:30 p.m. at the Watch Lake Lodge. You must be present to receive your prize.
Pancake breakfasts will be offered on both days from 7 to 11 a.m. for $5.
The concession will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on both days.
There will also be a refreshment garden from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, and from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday.
