Highway 97 is now open to single-lane alternating traffic after the highway was closed for a two-vehicle, head-on collision about five kilometres south of Lac la Hache (near the turnoff to the Lac la Hache landfill).
A callout for the 100 Mile House RDMP and Fire Rescue came in around 9:10 a.m. on Nov. 28.
There will be some delay before the highway is open completely, as a traffic analyst from Prince George is being brought in.
