The NDP took exception to the comments on the future of liquefied natural gas (LNG) opportunities in the 2014 throne speech delivered on Oct. 6.
NDP Leader John Horgan condemned Premier Christy Clark as having "backed down" on her LNG commitments.
Meanwhile, Cariboo-Chilcotin MLA Donna Barnett defended the government's vision on the industry as just as positive as indicated last year.
