It seems that Joe Sawchuk took the task upon himself to study and present his research before sending his letter concerning the costs of rents.
Rents are indeed heavy for those who need a place to stay as they strive to save and buy a home.
He rightly pointed out the facts that people must consider when budgeting for their household. A miserable consideration to face when there are many factors of inflationary details ordinary people must deal with.
Mr. Sawchuk did the work (for the government) to tackle on behalf of those who voted for them. I doubt that the elected and bureaucratic officials will do anything to help.
We all sit by, and hope, while we listen to the usual phoney lip service.
