1922-2011
Viola Leduc of Watch Lake passed away at 100 Mile and District Hospital on March 25, 2011, aged 88 years. Predeceased by her loving husband Roger at 54 years, parents Charles and Della Gourlay, brothers: Bill, Eng and Charlie; sisters: Marge and Kathleen and daughter-in-law Dawn. Survived by seven children: Roger (Norma) of Abbotsford, Gordon (Mary) of Cranbrook, Sharon (Tom) Beaver of Kamloops, Sandra (Colin) Bull of Abbotsford, Pearl (David) Hurst of Richmond, Clifford (Betty) of Surrey, Vince of Watch Lake; 16 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 9, 2011 at 100 Mile Funeral Home, 225 Cedar Avenue, 100 Mile House.
The family wishes to thank everyone for their support during our time of sorrow. Also a special thank you to Drs. Laurens Klopper, Vesna Kovacevic and the nursing staff at 100 Mile Hospital for the excellent care that Viola received.
