The family extends heartfelt thanks to the Doctors, Nurses and staff of 100 Mile House Hospital, Fisher Place, and Millsite for their compassionate care during Howard's final months.

As Howard requested, there will be no public service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice in Howard's memory.
