1937 - 2024
Arly passed peacefully into the presence of her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, on August 13 at Mill Site Lodge in 100 Mile House.
She arrived in the Cariboo in 1967 with her husband and 4 children, where they settled in Lac La Hache, eventually opening a gunsmithing business from their home.
Arly was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, John Springett, who was the love of her life, second only to her relationship with Jesus. She was also predeceased by her son Harlan and her daughter Catherine.
She leaves behind her son Jeff Springett (PJ) of Whitehorse, and daughter Ann Granger (Rod) of 100 Mile House; 7 grandchildren: Amber McNabb (Jason), Joe Vermette, Jennifer Vermette (Jeff) , Jeremy Granger (Coreen), Leah Gray (David), Ashley Snyder (Aaron) and Kelli Granger; 17 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Special thanks to "Dr. G" and all the amazing staff at Mill Site Lodge. There are not enough words to express our gratitude for your compassion in caring for mom.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 25 at 2 pm at Hillside Community Church in 100 Mile House.
