The District of 100 Mile House will hold a Public Hearing in the Municipal Council Chambers, located at 385 Birch Avenue

(Fourth Street entrance), 100 Mile House, on Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. to consider Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1441, 2025 and 1442, 2025.

Subject Property for Bylaw 1441, 2025:

980 & 988 Alpine Ave

Proposed bylaw to add “agricultural sales and service” and “commercial heavy truck repair” as principal permitted uses on the subject property.

Subject Property for Bylaw 1442, 2025:

230 Cariboo Hwy 97

Proposed bylaw to add “health care office” and “health and fitness facility” as principal permitted uses on the subject property.
