The Board of Directors of the Thompson-Nicola Regional District gives notice that it intends to issue a Temporary Use Permit for TUP 79 in the TNRD Boardroom, 4th Floor - 465 Victoria Street, Kamloops, BC.
What is Temporary Use Permit No. TUP 79?
TUP 79 will enable Traveller Accommodation Use (“shortterm rental”) within an existing single-family dwelling at 715 Green Lake South Rd. (PID: 015-461-025) for up to three years, as shown on the adjacent map, zoned LR-1: Lakeshore Residential. The proposed permit stipulates the specific TUP conditions. All persons who believe that their interest in property may be affected by the proposed Temporary Use Permit and wish to comment may do so by making a written submission to the Board of Directors via the options below. All written submissions must be received prior to noon on June 24, 2025. The entire content of all submissions will be made public and form part of the public record.
