From breach

to court

On Jan. 22, 100 Mile RCMP responded to an allegation of a male breaching his conditional sentence order near Lone Butte.

Investigators atten-ded to a residence and located a 51-

year-old male breaching the liquor and drug conditions imposed upon him for a conditional sentence order. He was arrested and lodged in cells.

The man was held in custody over the weekend to await a court appearance.

Consensual scrap

On Jan. 21, 100 Mile RCMP responded to a disturbance complaint on Birch Avenue in 100 Mile House after two females had become involved in altercation.

One female was arrested and lodged temporarily. Investigation revealed the incident was a consensual altercation between the two parties.

No charges are being recommended from this incident.

Blow and tow

On Jan. 17, 100 Mile Traffic Services initiated a traffic

stop on a vehicle

in 100 Mile House

for an irregularity with the licence plate.

During that investigation, the driver of the vehicle was found to have consumed liquor.

The result of the approved screening device determined that the driver would be

issued an immediate roadside prohibition for 72 hours. The driver’s vehicle was also towed and impounded for three days.

No criminal charges are being pursued.
