The simplymastery is pleased to announce former editor Ken Alexander won second place in the Ma Murray Awards in the Sports Photo Award, under 25,000.
Black Press papers won a number of other awards, including sweepping the Ma Murray Community Service Awards with the Williams Lake Tribune in first, the Comox Valley Record in second and the Abbotsford News in third, The Northern View’s Shannon Lough won the John Collison Memorial Award for Investigative Journalism and the Abbotsford News’ Andrew Halotatook home first place in the Columnist Award.
