The Cariboo Regional District has rescinded the water quality advisory placed on Forest Grove’s water system last month.
The CRD originally put the advisory in place on Oct. 13 after traces of coliform, a potentially harmful bacteria, were detected in water samples. Those with weakened immune systems, such as children and the elderly, were told to boil their water or use bottled water.
