From May 1 to 4, thousands of visitors are expected to flock to Port Sidney Marina for a spectacular display of boats at the West Coast's premier in-the-water boat show.
The BC Boat Show showcases over 200 new and used watercraft, catering to every interest from paddle boards, kayaks and inflatables to a diverse range of boats and yachts, both powered and sail.
Thousands of visitors are expected from across British Columbia, Alberta and Washington state, eager to explore the latest boats on the market and connect with industry experts to discover the cutting-edge innovations shaping the boating world.
Leading brokerages will showcase a significant inventory of vessels, inviting attendees to step aboard and experience firsthand the quality and craftsmanship on offer.
In addition to the stunning array of boats, exhibits from marine-related businesses will offer a range of products and services such as hardware, equipment, navigation electronics and boating apparel.
"This year’s lineup is outstanding,” says boat show manager Steven Threadkell. “Whether you're searching for a brand-new model, a pre-owned vessel, or just soaking in the incredible boating community, there’s something for everyone.”
Threadkell emphasized the appeal of the B.C. coastline, renowned for its breathtaking sailing grounds.
"We can’t wait to showcase the best of what’s out there."
To facilitate easy access for attendees, the BC Boat Show is providing a free shuttle bus service from the Swartz Bay ferry terminal and convenient free parking at the top of Beacon Avenue in Sidney.
