The Campbell River & District Chamber of Commerce is hosting an event next Thursday (May 29) for the public to meet its newly appointed board of directors.
According to the chamber, the new board of directors are also seeking individuals interested in serving on committees such as the event committee, and policy and advocacy committee to help support the community.
"The individual chambers across the country are an integral part of both the provincial and national chamber network, which is the most dynamic network in Canada and play a critical role in navigating the current global challenges," says the chamber.
The B2B Mixer on May 29 is from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in the Quadra Room at the Coast Discovery Inn. Those interested in attending must register at https://campbellriverchamber.ca/events/.
