• June 1 - June 24 - The exhibit at Parkside features Anita Edwards, Cindy Smith and Quille Farnham in a show titled Three Wild Women and Their Art. The show, among other things, features felted works, including wall hangings and scarves, paintings and more.
• June 2 - The next Lac la Hache Community Coffee House will be at the Pioneer Centre starting at 7 p.m. Come on out for a free evening of great entertainment coffee and snacks.
• June 4 - The 100 Mile House Community Band will be performing at 2:30 p.m. at the 100 Mile House United Church. Admission is by donation with all proceeds going to the South Cariboo Health Foundation.
• June 10 - The South Cariboo Weavers, Spinners and Fibre Artists Guild will be having a Public Spinning Workshop from, 1 to 3 p.m. at the Parkside Art Gallery. No experience necessary, come and learn to spin! $5.00 to cover materials, spinning wheels provided. Limited to 10 people. Call to reserve your space or for questions, Diana at 250-706-0477.
• June 14, the 100 Mile Festival of the Arts is sponsoring the 2nd Annual Concert of Celebration at the Martin Exeter Hall, starting at 7 p.m. The evening will feature many different genres of the performing arts and will delight audiences of all ages.
