A bustling Goblin Market, live performances and storytelling took Sidney visitors to a magical place at the inaugural Faerie & Fantasy Faire: Wings & Whimsy.
Mermaids, fairies and wizards all made an appearance with incredible costumes, a highlight of the April 12 event at the Mary Winspear Centre.
“This inaugural event set the bar sky-high, and we can’t wait to see what magic 4 Wands conjures up next,” Explore Sidney said post-event on social media.
Coming events at the centre include a performance by Palm Court Orchestra on April 25, followed by the 72nd Saanich Peninsula Arts and Crafts annual exhibition and sale and Ballet Etoile Canada’s presentation of Coppelia, both running April 26 and 27.
