The first ever Nanoose Bay Children's Author Day is planned for June 29 at Nanoose Bay Cafe.
The free event will be an opportunity for children to meet local authors Allison Parry, Lorraine Shaw and Ashley Kuramoto.
It will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Nanoose Bay Cafe is located at 3521 Dolphin Dr.
